Apple iPhone 4.0 Delivering more than Expected
The Apple iPhone 4.0 is said to have sold about two million units within weeks of its official world wide launch on June 7, 2010.
The response was so overwhelming and the clamour from every Tom Dick and Harry to somehow own a Apple iPhone 4.0 so huge that Apple had to miss several deadlines of promised delivery. Apple had, obviously ensured that the next generation Apple iPhone 4 lives up to the sky rocking expectations and also stand up to the hype created by the media. This it did by squeezing in as many cutting edge and futuristic mobile phone technology into the new device.
The Apple iPhone 4.0 did not disappoint and delivered quite hugely on quite a few fronts other than the obvious fact that it is a fourth generation phone device. It did not want the kind of situation it faced when it launched the Apple iPhone 3G S when critics lambasted it for not delivering any new significant features. Apple mobile phones, otherwise, have never received any negative feedback thus far. The Apple iPhone 4.0 has, in some regions, supposed to have outsold the Apple iPads.

The sheer effort that Apple has put on the design aspects of the new iPhone is evident from the very sleek, and sophisticated that the device affords. The Apple iPhone 4.0 comes with a steel frame and at the back you have a glass casing lending the rather attractive look and the quite sturdy feel that is there.
The 3.5 inches wide touchscreen has the state-of-the-art retina display technology incorporated into it. Further, the touchscreen is finger and scratch resistant and can display with the extraordinarily high resolution of 60×640-pixel resolution at 326 ppi. Moreover, there is support of display of multiple languages and characters simultaneously. The music player is capable of playing and recording multiple audio formats – AAC (8 to 320 Kbps), Protected AAC (from iTunes Store), HE-AAC, MP3 (8 to 320 Kbps), MP3 VBR, Audible (formats 2, 3, 4, Audible Enhanced Audio, AAX and AAX+), Apple Lossless, AIFF and WAV.
